The HX711 is a 24-bit precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) commonly used for weighing scales and load cell applications. It is designed specifically to work with bridge sensors such as strain gauge load cells, making it ideal for electronic weighing machines, force measurement devices, and other precision sensing systems.

πΉ How It Works
A load cell (strain gauge bridge sensor) changes resistance when weight/force is applied.
This resistance change creates a small analog voltage signal (in millivolts).
The HX711 amplifies this weak signal (by 32, 64, or 128 times).
The built-in 24-bit ADC converts the amplified analog signal into a digital value.
The microcontroller (Arduino, ESP32, etc.) reads this digital data via DT & SCK pins.
The value can then be calibrated to show weight in grams, kilograms, or newtons.
